Beginner class 

Taught by Judy Wilde

All created with about 4″ of WIRE!

You will make 3 different sets of earrings and learn to make your own ear wires.  Learn to make a clasp or two and Headpins.  Also learn how to make the perfect loop and wire-wrap basic beads.

Craft wire is included in the class just need some beads for your earrings or to wrap.  Stop by and look at the examples and we can give you a handout.  Bring your wire working tools or Lora will have some for purchase. 
This class fee is $25.00.  Supplies are included.

Beadology 101

Beginning Bead Stringing with Lisa

students will learn the basics of stringing and design, including review of raw materials and proper use & application of tools.
Your necklace design will be completed
and able to be worn home by

end of class. Please plan on arriving early

Personalize a spoon with your favorite quote or saying with metal stamps. This Class is a great example of cold connection and metal stamping techniques.  All Spoons and use of store metal stamp kits included in the class fee.

Heirloom Memory Book

Beginning Mixed Media 

 

This Class is a great mixed media class using Ice Resin, Embossing techniques with the Vintage Big Kick machine and your favorite Photos.  Make this memory charm book in the class.  Bring photos you have reduced in size and printed out on your computer.  Shannon will guide you through this mixed media project.
This will make a great one of a kind Christmas Present!

Advanced Tree of Life

If you have already made many a  The Tree of Life or have taken Lisa’s beginning Tree of Life class this is the next step. You will be making a willow tree or putting a moon in your tree.  Maybe even make a steam punk tree out of gears.

Spoon Leather Cuff

April 25th 11-1pm
April 27th  4-6pm 

 

Have you taken the Spoon Pendant class? Then you have leftover spoon handles! This class will take the leftover handles to create one of Roxy’s favorite things to teach….the Leather Cuff with the Snap Setter tool and the new Rivet Setter Tool. And if everyone is good, we an break out the metal stamps too. See you then!

Beginner Class

soutache

Beginning Soutache. Soutache is a narrow, flat ornamental braid used to embellish clothing or to create jewelry.  You will learn how to manipulate the two braids around the large stone or beads, and how to attach the braids to each other and to smaller beads. You will also learn how to finish your piece using the beaded embroidery brick stitch. There will be kits available for purchase that include two yards of Soutache in colors of your choosing, backing material and pseudo suede. You can bring your own stones and beads. Materials also needed are a strong needle and fire line.

Bohemian Loomed bracelet

Beginner Loom class   

 

In this class you will learn the basic
skills for using and creating beadwork
on a beading loom. The technique is very
quick and easy to learn and it won’t take
long to see a pattern emerge right before
your eyes. You will enjoy the thrill of
beginning a loom piece from start to
finish. I hope to entice the bead weaver
in all that come! Let’s Loom!!!!

Tatting Fundamentals:

Learn the art of tatting. This class is the first step
in the process and is a requirement for Tatting
with Bead Embellishments. You will learn to make
and rings. You will also learn to make chains
using the ball and shuttle technique. We will be
making notecards as your project. You will also
learn how to read the various styles of tatting
patterns. Tatting shuttle and thread are included.

This class fee is $30.00.
