Christie Prince has been making jewelry almost her entire life. She began designing projects and teaching beading classes in 2004.  Some of my designs have been featured in Beadwork Magazine; the Marguerite Bracelet in April/May 2006, Star of India in December 2006/January 2007, Chain of Jewels in August/September 2011, and Clinging Vine Bracelet in April/May 2012.

Melody MacDuffee Originally a crocheter, Melody MacDuffee eventually began using wires to create lacy, intricate jewelry designs that reveal a confirmed crocheter’s aesthetic. She also taught at the Bead and Button show in 2013

Her publications include a number of feature articles, as well as four books, most recently “Lacy Wire Jewelry”, published in 2010 by Kalmbach. Melody is the Executive Director of Soul of Somanya, a small non-profit she co-founded, which helps artisans in the Krobo region of Ghana improve their standard of living by creating jewelry and other beaded products.

We will have Autographed copies of her  Lacy Wire Book in stock for purchase.
